Description
VESUGEN
Vascular & Cellular-Aging Research
Vesugen is a synthetic tripeptide commonly identified as Lys-Glu-Asp (KED) and belongs to the Khavinson bioregulatory peptide family.
It has been investigated in relation to vascular biology, endothelial function, and age-associated changes in cardiovascular tissues.
The available literature includes preclinical studies and a limited number of human studies, but the evidence base remains much smaller than that of established cardiovascular therapies.
Research Focus: Vascular biology • Endothelial function • Cardiovascular aging • Cellular signaling
Research Status: Investigational peptide; not FDA-approved.
